Heya :) It took me about ten months I suppose, that’s when I joined the gym and things actually started happening anyway! By got it off, I assume you mean how I slimmed down? Essentially, I find that combining strength training classes at the gym with running every other day is what’s best for me. It’s taken so long because I used to do mostly strength classes and very little cardio, just because I never used to run. But I had to pick it up this summer because I had to do a 1.5 mile run to get into the Officer Training Corps, and since I did the change has been so much quicker and more obvious! My legs are like metal now haha!
Obviously, I’ve combined this all with healthy eating :) I’ve made myself a food menu for everyday of the week, and it’s made eating so much easier! I still eat snacks mostly everyday, so you don’t have to completely cut back on chocolate for example, just moderate!
