Five months of eating gluten+dairy-free with 30 minutes of exercise a couple of times a week helped me drop weight. There really an easy pill or short cut you can take to healthily drop pounds!
Currently training for the University Officer's Training Corps.
I made it into the Corps! :)
Regimes: Doing C25K at the moment, planning to start 30DS/P90X soon. Back in the gym now every other day or so, running C25K in between gym days.
Current: 134lbs
Goal: fit and sexy strong!
